What, the PCV's? Nope, try again. They are only open when mainfold pressure is less than ambient pressure.

If ash is trying to build a system that works off exhaust pulses, the valve must be very responsive, especially since at cruise conditions the exhaust pressure will always be higher than the manifold pressure. Remember we are dealing with a street car with full exhaust. The systems you see on dragsters and race cars are completely open, and rely more on the pitot tube effect than exhaust pulses.
